• Joining Instructions:
  

• To join fill out the Membership Application Form via this link (http://www.uwta.org/Memberform.html) or copy the text form to your email, answer the questions and send the form to Membership.contact@uwta.org. Once you have filled in the application and returned it, you will be contacted within 3 days by our membership chairman who will assist you with the process of joining the UWTA.  Once your package has been compiled, a paper review will be conducted by the committee  whom will address your acceptance or denial of membership.   Once accepted you will receive a startup package that will include all the UWTA material you need to make the conversion:  Flags, Manuals, Newsletters, Paperwork, Patches, etc.
